I don’t believe in a Get Skinny Quick Schemes!!! And it’s not about getting skinny, it’s about getting fit!! Having a strong core and healthy heart. I myself recently lost 60+ pounds with regular exercise and good food choices. I’m still working very hard each and everyday to become stronger and sexier.
