Be a Better You

I consider my blog a share of my life as well as a health and fitness motivational page.  I want everyone to know that they can adopt a healthy lifestyle no matter what the circumstance.

I don’t believe in a Get Skinny Quick Schemes!!! And it’s not about getting skinny, it’s about getting fit!! Having a strong core and healthy heart.  I myself recently lost 60+ pounds with regular exercise and good food choices.  I’m still working very hard each and everyday to become stronger and sexier.
