Sometimes I get tired of blending smoothies every morning and afternoon. So I decided to make fruit and vegi pops. It’s a good way for my toddler son to enjoy them as well. It is also an excellent way to avoid all the yucky fillers that manufactures put in so called ALL NATURAL frozen pops.
1/4 quarter cup beet juice (I boil beets for my meals and then use the juice) 1 1/2 cup of frozen berries (freeze blueberries,strawberries, raspberries) 1/4 cup of carrot juice 2 tablespoons of honey
Blend together until completely blended and pour into pop molds. Freeze and enjoy later
